Friday, May 28th

BIGGEST TRAINING DAY EVER 7.5 hours!

BIKE:
5.5 hours on the bike.  Did the Rev3 loop from my house.
RUN:
30 minute run after the ride.
SWIM:
swam with the kids at southern.  it was 1.5 hours and something like 5.5k
